Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know plans can change. Here's exactly how cancellations, refunds, and split payments work when you book with ECR Villas.

Cancellation & Refund

• 30+ days before check-in — Cancel any time up to 30 days before your check-in date and receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
• Within 30 days — Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Refund eligibility — Refunds apply only where 100% of the payment has been received. Partial payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Processing time — Approved refunds are processed within 7–9 business days of the cancellation request.

Payment Policy

• Split payments — the remaining balance is due within 7 days of the booking date, or by check-in, whichever comes first.
• Cancelling a split-payment booking — any refund follows the Cancellation & Refund Policy above.
