About the Villa
Villa Sivon is a generously proportioned 5-bedroom villa designed for large families and groups who want the whole party under one roof. With 6 double cots spread across 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 5 attached bathrooms, everyone gets their own space to unwind — while shared spots like the bar counter, home theatre room and outdoor barbecue setup keep the whole group together for the moments that matter. Whether it’s a milestone birthday, a family reunion or a weekend escape with friends, Villa Sivon is built for it: a fully equipped kitchen for home-style cooking, a lineup of indoor games for rainy afternoons, and a dedicated soundproof projector room for a proper movie night once the sun goes down. Ample covered parking for 7 vehicles and an on-call caretaker mean the logistics are taken care of, so all that’s left to do is enjoy the stay.
